The Mascot Hotel - A Heritage Living Experience, Thiruvananthapuram

My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were good and spacious, but the restaurant staff lacked friendliness. The service provided was attentive and helpful, especially from Mr Santhosh and Ms. Simi. The location was very convenient, with parking available. The dining experience was pleasant, ideal for in-room dining, but not complimentary. The hotel facilities were good, offering the necessities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in Trivandrum, adjacent to the Kerala legislative assembly and surrounded by green environments. The rooms are comfortable, but some maintenance work nearby my room was noticeable, revealing the hotel's age. The service provided by Mr Santhosh and Ms. Simi was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although lacking formal hospitality training.

I had a spacious and lavish stay at the hotel. The rooms, although large and luxurious, were provided with only one set of slippers for four guests in two rooms. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Santhosh and Ms. Simi, who were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location was conveniently adjacent to the Kerala legislative assembly, offering a good and comfortable stay. The dining experience was memorable and ideal for those working nearby, with agreeable options available throughout the day.
